East Coast-based food critic Nik Metcalf, who is traveling around the country sampling foods on his "Trying Shit Across America" tour, recently hit "Grandma Bob's Pizza" on Michigan Avenue in Detroit's Corktown neighborhood and ordered the "Big Mack" pizza.
The pizza, according to the menu, is made of impossible burger, vegan mozzarella, vegan thousand island, pickles, ice berg lettuce and sesame seeds.
Metcalf, who is from New Haven, Conn., gives it a big thumbs up.
